Mrs. Coleman is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a MA
Degree in Sociology concentration in Gerontology, received
BA from Mundelein College Liberal Arts, and a Paralegal
Certification.
After 25 years of service, Mrs. Coleman Retired from the City
of Chicago Water Management as an Assistant to the
Commissioner. Mrs Coleman worked as a Commodity
Manager for Chicago Public School system. Additionally, Mrs.
Coleman worked as a substitute teacher for the Lighthouse
for the Blind Preschool, Chicago Public School and the South
Cook County School District.
A graduate of Lindbloom Technical High School in Chicago
Illinois, Mr. Cummings received an A.A. Degree in Liberal Arts
from Lincoln College. He then continued his education at
Parks College and the Aerospace Institute receiving a B.S.
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He has worked for
several firms as a Design Engineer, and is a commercial pilot,
flight instructor (CF-II) and Advanced ground Instructor
ratings.
Ms. Lewis is a Chicago native. She received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Elementary Education, while attending the
University of Wisconsin and Chicago State University. Those
skills were used to begin her teaching career at the Hertzel
Elementary in Chicago and McKinley Elementary in Bellwood
ILL., for many years. In a career move, Ms. Lewis accepted a
position at Sonicraft Inc. (a defense manufacturing firm) as a
Senior Buyer. Government positions credited to Ms Lewis are
as follows. Chicago Dept of Health, Chicago Public School,
Chicago Park District, and the City of Chicago Procurement
Department of Aviation
A retired teacher of aviation flight Technology. Mr. Henry is a
Special Education teacher, and has taught for the New York
Department of Education. Mr. Henry was a former
Commander in the Civil Air Patrol. Also is a private pilot with
an Advanced Ground Instructor rating. Mr. Henry is a
certified Drone Pilot and is instrumental in teaching and
training students to become commercial drone pilots.
Melinda is the CEO of HR Control Solutions, LLC (HRCS) and
provides professional and consulting services to companies
which include grant writing, business development, and
strategic planning. She is a Bessie Coleman Aviation All-Stars
Advocate.

A Vietnam veteran served as a helicopter crew chief with the
U.S. Army. After the service he taught at the Bell & Howell
school in Chicago. He taught at the National School of
Locksmith Safe and Security. Software developer, micro
processor component circuit designer, and video studio control
room operator.
